General Conditions
Registration and Confirmation
The registration form must be completed online. An invoice, as confirmation of the registration, will be sent to the corresponding address. No additional confirmation of registration will be sent out.
The invoice is to be paid via bank transfer. Until payment is received, registration will be on hold and won’t be considered.
If payment arrives without the corresponding registration, the booking won’t be considered.
Cancellations
No refund will be granted in case of cancellations.
Hotel Bookings
Accommodation should be booked at the booking link online. The conference organisation is not responsible for hotel bookings and reservations.
Post-conference excursions
Post-conference bookings must be completed and paid when registring for the conference in order to be considered. The indicated prices are per person.
Receipts
The on-site secretariat will only issue receipts for services requested on site.
Receipt changes will only be allowed if requested during the period of 30 days after the issue of the first document and only before or after the Congress never onsite.
