Dear moderators and presenters, please go through the information provided above to prepare for the conference. Also, make sure you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access Hopin and that your browser is up-to-date.
We expect all presenter to try their audio, video and screen share in Hopin prior to their presentation. So during the conference, please make a short visit at the Help desk to test your settings or meet up with a colleague in Hopin through a private video call (see instructions above for how to access the Help desk and do private video call in Hopin).
Presenters will be able to share their screen (PowerPoint , documents, etc.) and show YouTube video at the conference platform Hopin. Miro  can also be used with the participants as it is integrated in Hopin. Please note that the presenter will be responsible for and in charge of broadcasting their material. More information about Hopin can be found in the instructions above.
Moderators choose the overall structure for their session. Therefore, moderators need to contact the session’s presenters in advance of the conference so presenters can prepare accordingly. The document Instructions for moderators  is to be used as a starting point for the moderators’ tasks.

There will be an ECLAS Mock conference in Hopin during the 6th to 8th of September. During the 6th of September we will have workshops for moderators in Hopin. Book your workshop by following the link in the email sent out the 24th of August. In that email there is also information about how to access the ECLAS Mock conference. Please note that you can access the ECLAS Mock conference at any time during 6-8 of September. A virtual Help desk room will be open 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (CEST) during the days of the ECLAS Mock conference and you are free to join this room if you would like to chat to our conference team.
